This is the best kept pet secret for a Pet Supermarket...I love 💘 absolutely so much...Josie and the other associates. The whole gang is absolutely outstanding! They are genuine pet lovers and informational group of people on holistic care etc..An outstanding store and the only thing is store in high traffic area..However it was well worth it all! Thank. You for a fabulous customer service..!!!

I had an emergency after hours and the store assistant manager Tony stayed open 15 minutes and waited for me to get there in order to process the transaction for me and help me during my time of crisis. His caring and courteous demeanor as well as his customer service was amazing. The manager and assistant manager as well as other team members at the store always go above and beyond. Tony was truly amazing and I've spoken with his manager and how he made me fill in my time of need to going the extra mile. What a wonderful individual with great customer service skills and also a caring heart. Bert thanks you for the cone.

The best customer service ever there like family and I love it there. Especially the manager Rick, wait idk if that if he’s there anymore. Whatever the case may be you will love it. It’s so friendly

The young lady here helped me, was very well informed, and was super nice. I appreciate the different fish she had, the different products she had. And the information she gave to me..

VERY organized and a super clean environment. The staff there are amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am a disabled veteran and they assisted me with getting my new dog some toys. 10/10 recommendation.

Funny I always just would Google who's closer Petco or PetSmart. Now where I live, Pet Supermarket Is the main player in town and closest to me. I bring my girl every time and they know exactly who she is, and pamper her beyond measure. It feels like a neighborhood, family-owned store to me. Love it here, now I'll always see if there is one of these in town before I googled the other names.

I would definitely recommend going there. Super friendly staff, and they take the time to help figure out what you need and don't need. The prices are comparable or better than walmart surprisingly.... I found a turtle, and they help me get set up for now. I will be back soon to finish making him a very happy turtle with an awesome tank!!!

Lina is the most helpful and kind and very knowledgeable of everything in the store she made our experience the best as it could be ...she couldn't be a better person ..I drive 1hr from st augustine just because I know she is the BEST!!!!!

This place is my absolute favorite. I come here atleast once a week. I love the staff. Lina is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They have a wide selection of pets to choose from. Lots of toys & treats for cats and dogs. Tanks, decor, and lots of cool fish. They get new in every week too.
